Bengaluru: Upset over poor civic response, residents take up road repair

Every time there is a downpour in Bengaluru's Central Business District (CBD) areas, residents of Varsova Layout in Kaggadasapura within CV Raman Nagar constituency begin to panic. Perennially worried about flash floods from the adjoining stormwater drain, the residents are also peeved about the pathetic condition of roads all over the layout. Broken and pothole-ridden muddy roads of the locality often make it challenging for them to commute during the rainy season.
