Ask Centre to release drought relief funds, Karnataka tells Supreme Court

Karnataka govt on Saturday moved the Supreme Court seeking a direction to the Centre to release drought relief funds to the state under Natural Disaster Management Act (NDMA). The writ petition filed under Article 32 of the Constitution is scheduled for a hearing next week.
