Hakki Habba unveils birds status at Almatti water park

The 10th edition of Karnataka Bird Festival-2024 was conducted at Almatti Dam backwaters, which is becoming a hub for migratory birds. The festival featured the Greater Flamingo as its mascot bird and identified over 250 bird species. The festival aimed to create awareness among local citizens and had the participation of 15-20 local bird enthusiasts.
