Karnataka CM Siddaramaiah and women and child welfare minister Laxmi Hebbalkar on Thursday reiterated that the Gruha Lakshmi poll guarantee of Rs 2,000 per woman head of the family will exclude income-tax and GST (Goods and Services Tax) payees for now.
