The South Western Railway (SWR) has started the trial run of Vande Bharat Express train from Bengaluru to Daharwad. The new eight-car train left Krantiveera Sangolli Rayanna railway station at Majestic at 5.45am. As per the schedule fixed by the SWR, the train will reach Dharwad at 12.40pm. The train will leave Dharwad at 1.15 pm to reach Bengaluru at 8.10pm. The stoppages for the train include Yeshwanthpur, Davangere and Hubballi. The total length of the route is 489km.
